Only The App™ builds private, local-first utility apps. This Privacy Policy explains how our apps are designed to handle information.

Privacy-first design

Our apps are designed to operate without advertising, user accounts, required cloud storage, or the sale of personal data. App information is intended to stay on the user’s device unless a user chooses to export, share, or back up information using tools outside the app.

Information we collect

Only The App™ does not operate a user account system for its local-first apps and does not collect personal app usage data through those apps for advertising or resale.

On-device app data

Information entered into our apps is stored locally on the device. Local app data may include app settings, user-entered records, preferences, history, reminders, or other information needed for the app to function.

No advertising or data selling

We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising networks in our local-first apps.

Internet and cloud storage

Our local-first apps are designed to work without requiring internet access, cloud accounts, or cloud storage. If a future app or feature offers optional sharing, export, backup, or external linking, that feature will be described within the app or its store listing.

Notifications

Some apps may use local notifications for reminders. Local notifications are scheduled on the device. Notification permission is controlled by the operating system and can be changed in device settings.

Exports and sharing

If an app includes export or sharing features, the user controls whether to create or share exported information. Once information is exported or shared outside the app, it is handled by the destination chosen by the user.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are general utility apps and are not intended to collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our apps, practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
